Social Responsibility

Our Philosophy

It is our founder’s belief that ENALAS should serve its customers, vendors, employees, and global community. We are a double bottom line company; this means that a percentage of all profits get donated to charities of employees choosing. We manage those societal obligations of the company though the Social Responsibility Committee (SRC).

The SRC is a committee comprised of employees from every level that advises leadership on everything from employee recognition to guiding what profits go to what charities. It is a modern way of internal governance to make sure that ENALAS is serving the community to its fullest capability while remaining fiscally responsible.

Children's Resources

Our founder's sister, Elizabeth (who named the Company ENALAS), is a professional Guidance Counselor. When the pandemic hit in 2020, Elizabeth had a lot of former students, kids of employees, and children in the community asking for assistance in several different ways. As Elizabeth developed tools to assist those children in need, we included them on the website permanently too. Her tools were so effective in helping so many people, that it is our hope you find some use in them as well.
