Customer Service & Administrative Representative

Location: Victor, NY

Reports to: Senior Leadership Team (VP Operations, VP Finance, VP Sales, CEO)

FLSA Status: Non Exempt (Hourly)

Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00/hour based on experience.

 

Job Overview

Responsible for serving customers by providing product and service information. Resolving product and service issues, Customer Accounts handling / Management. Accounts receivable follow up, Data entry along with many other Business office detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Answer all incoming phone calls in the office and provide high level customer service.

2. Answer all phone calls within 2 rings to provide prompt service

3. Provide support to any incoming customer inquiries (Questions regarding products, Technical support, availability, tracking numbers for shipments, Taking payments etc.)

4. Provide an answer with a 24-hour window response back to customer for an open issue or request.

5. Invoicing customers for daily orders, monitoring of accounts receivables

6. Input customer orders into ERP system

7. Issuing Return Goods Authorizations (RGA) to customers

8. Handling all No Charge replacement (NCR) from start to finish

9. Manages the Accounts receivables / customer follow up in the instance of delayed remittance.

10. Data entry of new products in to ERP system, labeling System, etc

11. Entering new customer’s information in ERP system along with support databases for general business.

12. Submissions of Purchase orders to Vendors

13. Customs Duties documentation filing / tracking of import records.

14. Manage all customer files Digitally / Physically

15. Produce Standard Operating procedures for Business tasks (SOP)

16. Manage Office supplies ordering / Break room supplies

17. Communicate with sales staff and clients to receive feedback regarding all aspects of customers issues to improve products and service.

18. Become very familiar with existing and new products that the business sells.

19. Assist in creating marketing collateral for both sales and marketing functions.

20. Clean an input product master data into systems. Take pictures, write catalog copy, fill out product add forms.

21. Assist in book keeping for business, receipt logging, tracking.

22. Help with necessary administrative tasks for CEO and senior leadership team.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Ship Station, InFlow inventory software, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Shopify, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manufacturing Tech

Location: Victor, NY

Reports To: VP Operations, R&D Department, CEO

FLSA Status: NonExempt (Hourly)

Compensation: $12.00 to $21.00/hour based on experience.

 

Job Overview

Responsible for manufacturing of goods produced in Rochester, NY. Including, but not limited to: CNC, woodshop, decal making, 3D printing.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Running production orders on 3 Axis shop bot CNC machine. Taking CAD files, creating cutting files, cutting materials, finishing (sanding) materials.

2. Running CAD files on 3D printer.

3. Creating and running decal files on cutter machines.

4. Weeding decals.

5. Run basic shop tools such as drill press, sanders, band saw, table saw, oscillating saw, etc.

6. Packing, labeling products and kits.

7. Managing bills of materials.

8. Assisting with new product development.

9. Basic CAD designing.

10. Pick, Pack, Ship when necessary.

11. General upkeep and cleaning of R&D facility.

12. Fixing facility problems (example: broken door).

13. Assisting in managing facility vendors.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Material Handler

Location: Victor, NY

Reports to: Vice President of Operations

FLSA Status: Non Exempt (Hourly)

Compensation: $12.00 to $15.00/hour based on experience.

 

Job Overview

Responsible for product control of client’s goods in our warehouse from receiving to pick, pack and ship. Also responsible for inventory counts, labeling, consolidation and slotting and general warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Receiving of goods. As inventory arrives this position is responsible for all receiving, including, counting, slotting, and brief quality control.

2. Consolidation of goods and slotting. Position is responsible to coordinate the material movement of the warehouse through consolidating and slotting stock to allocate room for incoming goods.

3. System entry of material movements and consolidation.

4. Responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and invoicing of customer orders.

5. The general cleanliness of the warehouse and inventory is a responsibility of this position.

6. Responsible for labeling, accuracy, and packing of clients shipments.

7. Labeling, counting, quality control of inventory goods.
